| The capsules were easy to swallow and didn't upset my stomach. I liked that I was also getting vitamins A and D. The dosage is three capsule per day, however, which provides only 600mg of calcium. Because I have osteoporosis I must take higher doses and that means an awful lot of capsules! |

| My doctor told me that I need to start taking at least 1200 mg of calcium each day (and would need to increase that amount with age) to help prevent osteoporosis. I eat a lot of milk products and vegetables but there's no way I could get that much calcium in my regular diet. These pills do the trick at a reasonable price. When taking them with meals I found the softgels were very easy to swallow and digest. |

| This form of calcium is so easy and convenient to take. I have problems swallowing pills, but no problem with these. They also contain vitamin A and D which, as an added bonus, is very good for your immune system. My doctor recommended I take these vitamins daily to protect against osteoporosis. They are a real good value for the money. |
